Biography

DeLoreans are a Vienna-based acoustic duo: Adam J. Arling and Zoltan 'BZ' Batky, two musicians born in the 70s and obsessed with the music of the 80s. Two guitars, two voices, and the rock anthems of Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Bryan Adams and Prince — stripped back and played like a campfire on the beach.
DeLoreans formed in Vienna after Adam J. Arling and Zoltan 'BZ' Batky met at a jam session and discovered a shared obsession: the music of the 1980s. Adam, a Chicago-born guitarist and bassist, spent more than twenty years touring internationally with Urge Overkill, The Last Vegas, and Warrior Soul, sharing stages with AC/DC, Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe, and ZZ Top. Zoltan is a Hungarian singer and songwriter with nearly twenty albums behind him across progressive metal, classic heavy metal, and symphonic rock.
Together they strip the decade's biggest rock anthems down to two acoustic guitars and two voices — raw, direct, and built for rooms where people sing along. The duo debuted at Cafe Carina in Vienna in January 2026 and now plays clubs, pubs, festivals, and private events across Austria and Hungary.
